What does Hidden Heat make?
Hidden Heat is an independent streetwear brand creating black-first essentials and original graphic apparel. FOR THE SHADOWS is our master brand line.
What products are currently available?
Our six current products are the Daily Tee, Essential Tee, Veil Tee, Essential Long Sleeve Tee, Veil Hoodie, and Veil Pants. Explore them in Shop All, Essentials, or Veil.
Are Hidden Heat garments made to order?
Yes. Production begins after an order is placed. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.
How do the garments fit?
Fits vary by piece. The Daily Tee has a regular fit; the Essential Tee is loose; the Veil Tee and Essential Long Sleeve Tee have relaxed, drop-shoulder shapes; the Veil Hoodie is oversized; and the Veil Pants have a straight leg. See the Size Guide and the individual product page before ordering.
What is the difference between the Daily Tee and Essential Tee?
The Daily Tee is made from 180 GSM cotton with a regular fit. The Essential Tee uses heavier 330 GSM cotton and has a loose fit.
How long does shipping take?
Each garment is produced before being shipped. Production time varies, and available carrier services and delivery estimates are shown at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking information is provided when your order ships and tracking becomes available from the carrier.
Can I return or exchange an item if I choose the wrong size?
Because items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference. Your rights under applicable consumer-protection law are unaffected. Read our Returns & Exchanges information and published refund policy before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect?
Email support@hiddenheat.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund under our published policy.
Are product images photographs of physical samples?
Product visuals may include supplier photographs or digital mockups. Unless clearly identified as physical sample photography, an image should not be treated as independent confirmation of finished print quality or fit.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Production may begin soon after you order, and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
