Shipping & Production
Made after ordering.
Hidden Heat products are currently made after an order is placed. That means your order enters production before it enters carrier transit. The estimates below describe the process; they are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Production
Current supplier documentation references production windows of 1–6 working days and separate guidance stating production is usually 3–7 days. These are production estimates, not total delivery promises. Weekends, holidays, product availability and production conditions can affect timing.
Shipping / Transit
Shipping begins after production and fulfillment are complete. Transit time is separate from production time and can vary by destination, carrier service and local conditions. Do not treat a production estimate as a complete door-to-door delivery estimate.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your shipment, use the tracking information provided with your order updates to follow carrier progress. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created or a parcel enters the network.
Order Changes & Questions
Because products are made after ordering, contact Hidden Heat as soon as possible if you notice an issue with your order information. Changes cannot be promised once production has begun. For order-specific questions, use the Contact page and include your order number.
International Orders
Availability, transit options, duties, taxes and import requirements can depend on the destination and the Shopify market available at checkout. Checkout is the authority for the destinations and shipping options currently offered to your address.
