TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the Hidden Heat online store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies presented on the store.
Products and availability
Hidden Heat sells apparel and related products, including products produced after an order is placed. We may update products, prices, descriptions, availability, and store content as needed.
We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately, but screen settings, lighting, photography, and production variations may affect how colors and details appear.
Orders
Submitting an order does not require Hidden Heat to accept an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled.
We may cancel or decline an order for reasons including payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable fulfillment, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other required charges are shown during checkout when applicable.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.
Made-to-order production
Some Hidden Heat products are made to order. Production may begin soon after purchase, which can limit our ability to change or cancel an order after it has entered production.
Please review product details, sizing, shipping information, and return information before placing your order.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping, returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable Hidden Heat Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
Intellectual property
Hidden Heat names, logos, graphics, artwork, photographs, text, designs, and other original brand content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Store content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization except where permitted by law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use the store for unlawful activity, or submit fraudulent information or orders.
Third-party services
The store may rely on third-party platforms, payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, and other service providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hidden Heat is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
