SHIPPING POLICY
Hidden Heat products are made to order. Production takes place before an order is handed to the shipping carrier, so production time and shipping transit time are separate.
Processing and production
After your order is placed, it is submitted for production. Processing times can vary based on order volume, product availability, fulfillment conditions, and other operational factors.
Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping rates and destinations
Available shipping methods, rates, and eligible destinations are shown at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery address.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information is provided after the order has been produced and shipped.
Carrier scans and tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather, peak-volume periods, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside Hidden Heat’s reasonable control can affect delivery.
If an order appears significantly delayed, contact us and we will review the available tracking and fulfillment information.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries
If your package arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, contact thehiddenheat@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
For packages marked delivered but not received, first check the delivery location, household members, nearby areas, neighbors when appropriate, and the carrier’s tracking information. If the package still cannot be located, contact us so we can review the available information.
International orders
If international shipping is offered at checkout, duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees may apply depending on the destination.
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
